Cancellation insurance

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance when booking!

Cancellation insurance Europäische Reiseversicherung:

Not so seldom it comes differently than one thinks and the booked vacation must be cancelled or prematurely interrupted.

We would like to save you the associated costs and trouble.

Therefore we recommend the conclusion of a hotel cancellation insurance of the Europäische Reiseversicherung (incl. free Covid coverage).

In the event of a border or hotel closure or lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice after consultation with the insurance company.

Deposit

In order to guarantee the booking in the booking period from 01.12. to 30.04. of each year, the guest pays 40% of the total price after the reservation (in case of card payment the amount will be debited automatically).

A deposit is not necessary in the booking period from 01.05-31.11 each year.

Final payment

The balance in the booking period from 1.12. to 30.04 each year is due 60 days before arrival by the guest (in case of card payment the amount will be debited automatically).

In the booking period from 01.05.-31.11. each year the total amount is due 3 days before arrival.

Payment methods

The guest is free to choose the following payment methods.

Bank transfer, cash payment, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard

Check-In

The apartment/room is available to the guest from 16:00 on the day of arrival.

The arrival is possible until 20:00 o’clock.

Check-Out

On the day of departure, the guest has to check out of the apartment/room by 09:30 am.

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation in the booking period from 1.12. to 30.04. of each year after the reservation, the guest pays 40% of the total price .

In case of cancellation in the period from 1.12. to 30.04. of each year in the 60 days prior to arrival, the guest shall pay an amount equal to the total price.

The guest in case of cancellation in the booking period from 01.05-31.11 of each year until 3 days before arrival will pay no fees and after that 100% of the total price.

In case of no-show 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Pets

The accommodation of pets of any kind is not allowed in the apartment. If pets are brought, the apartment will not be rented. Cancellation fees will be charged in the same way as for non-arrival.

Stay

The apartment may only be used by the persons listed in the booking. If the apartment is used by more persons than agreed, a separate fee is to be paid for them, which is determined in the rental price. The landlord also has the right to terminate the rental contract without notice in this case. Cancellation costs will be incurred as in the case of non-arrival.

Subletting and transfer of the apartment to third parties is not allowed.

The rental contract may not be passed on to third parties. The tenant agrees to the general terms and conditions as well as the house rules. The declaration of consent is made with the payment. In case of violation of the general terms and conditions or the house rules, the landlord is entitled to terminate the lease immediately and without notice. A legal claim for repayment of the rent or compensation does not exist.
